MESA teams
Six crews behind our events, image, and community. Step in where you shine.
Teams are how we keep MESA running day to day. Choose what matches your skills and curiosity; you can explore more than one.
Joining a team is optional. Active members get priority when event spots fill up fast.
Editorial Team
Responsible for managing and creating content for external communication channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and university newsletters. Ensures clear, engaging content aligned with MESA's values.
Merch Team
In charge of designing the association's apparel, gadgets, and branded materials. Shapes and maintains the visual identity of MESA, strengthening the sense of belonging among members.
CR Team
Corporate Relations Team builds and maintains relationships with companies and external partners. Focuses on fundraising, securing sponsorships, and exploring collaboration opportunities.
UC Team
University Collaboration Team builds relationships with other student associations within Politecnico di Milano. Creates opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint events.
MEET Team
Focuses on enhancing the experience of active members by fostering community and engagement. Organizes internal events, team-building activities, and social gatherings like MESAperitivi.
Promotion Team
Responsible for increasing MESA's visibility on campus and attracting new members. Sets up stands, gives presentations, and directly engages with Polimi students to share MESA's mission.
What do you need to join?
Passion and a willingness to learn: that’s the baseline.
Extra skills are welcome, never required.

Lead one of MESA's teams, coordinate activities, and guide team members toward achieving common goals. Develop leadership and organizational skills.
Project Leader
Take charge of a specific project, manage timelines, and coordinate team efforts to deliver a successful initiative.
Head Organizer
Lead the organization of a specific event, from planning to execution. Coordinate all aspects of event management and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Board Member
Join the MESA Board and take on strategic responsibilities. Help shape the association's direction and make key decisions for its future.
